- 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste - this used to be hard to find but I’ve seen it at Wal-Mart even lately)
- 7 Tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- juice of one lemon
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- In a bowl, mix tahini and water until thoroughly blended.
- Add garlic, lemon juice and parsley and whisk just a few times.
- Sprinkle paprika over the mix.
- Serve with a salad, with veggies or over fish.
