- 1/2 c. olive or canola oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vinegar (try different kinds for different flavors)
- 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Mix all ingredients in a large storage container
- Add meat and allow to marinade for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
