It’s almost holiday time so that means it’s time for me to start making artichoke dip. Everyone loves it. Set it out with some garlic bread, melba toasts or even just a box of wheat thins and watch it disappear.
- 2 large cans artichokes, drained and chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise8 ounce package cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Tony Cachere’s seasoning OR
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce (like Red Hot or Cholula) OR
- 1 teaspoon Tobasco sauce
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve right out of the oven.
