- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix dry ingredients together in pie pan.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the oil and milk
- Mix together until the dough starts to come together and form a ball.
- Press with fingers, the back of a spoon or measuring cup until the dough covers bottoms and comes up sides.
- Flute the edges.
- Bake 10-15 minutes or according to your pie recipe.
