Fajita Marinade Recipe

  • 1/2 c. olive or canola oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (try different kinds for different flavors)
  • 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large storage container
  2. Add meat and allow to marinade for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
